A week ago, the Alabama Crimson Tide defeated the Georgia Bulldogs 26-23 in overtime to win their fifth National Championship in the last nine years. Miller was on the field at Mercedes-Bentz Stadium as the confetti fell, and got to report from the sideline. On New Year’s Day, she was at the Superdome in New Orleans when Alabama took down Clemson 24-6 in the Sugar Bowl.
In Bethany’s time at Alabama, the Crimson Tide won two national titles. Going to an SEC school and covering an SEC team had to have been an amazing opportunity.
